This year, my digestion and overall energy completely changed — and it came down to two simple things.

This combo supports detox pathways, blood flow, immunity, and tastes so good!

✨Recipe: Beet & Citrus Bowl
🫜 2-3 medium beets, roasted & sliced
🍊 2 clementines, peeled & segmented
🌱 2 Tbsp chives, finely chopped
🥜 2 Tbsp pistachios, roughly crushed
🥬 Optional greens like arugula or baby kale
