Work With Me

Wellness has always been my foundation, but everything changed when I began studying what it truly means to live in alignment with the body — its rhythms, its needs, and its seasons.

I’m a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (IIN) and a certified yoga instructor, with a background influenced by Ayurveda and seasonal living. My work blends modern nutrition, mindset coaching, and intuitive lifestyle practices with a grounded, nature-led approach to healing.

My philosophy is simple: when you support your body with the right habits, food, and daily rhythms, everything else becomes clearer — your energy, your mood, your intuition, your purpose.

I help women create balance, vitality, and ease in their lives by supporting gut health, improving sleep, reducing stress, and building routines that feel sustainable and nourishing. Together, we explore mindful eating, seasonal and cleansing practices for modern living, and tools to strengthen mindset and self-trust.

You already carry the wisdom and strength you’re seeking — my role is to help you access it. Through practical, intentional, and personalized guidance, we’ll create a lifestyle that feels supportive, joyful, and deeply aligned with who you are becoming.
