MY APPROACH TO WELLNESS
Wellness has always been my foundation - but my path deepened as I began to formally study what it truly meant to live in alignment with the rhythms of the body and the seasons.
I'm a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied with some of the world's leading voices in holistic health. I'm also a certified yoga instructor, and my work is deeply influenced by the principles of Ayurveda - an ancient system of healing that honors individuality, nature, and seasonal flow.
My approach to wellness is rooted in nature, guided by the seasons, and nurtured through intentional daily practices. I believe in the power of seasonal nourishment, choosing foods and self-care practices that align with nature’s cycles to support the body and mind. Through healthy routines, I create structure that fosters balance, vitality, and ease.
